These terms apply when you download or use Run Run Run. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
License and permitted use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices associated with your App Store account. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Price and purchases
Run Run Run is free. It contains no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Availability and changes
The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Features may vary by macOS version or hardware.
Safe use
Use the app responsibly and stop if repetitive typing causes discomfort. The app is entertainment software and is not intended for safety-critical use.
No warranty
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Intellectual property
The app, its artwork, design, and code are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owner.
