Terms of Use
Last updated 3 September 2026 · End User Licence Agreement for the Keepr app
1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and BTN GROUP governing your use of Keepr for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Installing or using the app means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Keepr is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and pricing
Keepr includes a 30-day free trial that begins on first launch and requires no payment details. After it ends, recording new activity — completing transactions, registering members, adjusting balances — requires an active plan. Reading your existing members, history and exports remains available whether or not you subscribe.
- Monthly — USD 14.99 per month, renewing monthly
- Yearly — USD 99.99 per year, renewing yearly
- Lifetime — USD 239.99, a single payment with no renewal
Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by territory and with local taxes. Prices may change; any change applies from the following billing period and never retroactively.
Auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate then in effect.
Managing and cancelling
You can manage your subscription and switch off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Consumers in the EU may have additional statutory withdrawal rights; note that Apple, not BTN GROUP, is the merchant of record.
3. Your data and your members
Keepr stores your data on your own devices, and in your own iCloud account if you enable sync. You retain all rights to it. We have no access to it and hold no copy.
You are responsible for the personal data you record about your members, including having a lawful basis to collect it, telling members what you do with it, honouring their rights, and complying with the GDPR or your local equivalent. Keepr provides consent records, versioned terms, export and deletion to help you do that, but it does not do it for you and is not legal advice.
Backups are your responsibility. There is no server-side copy. If you lose your devices without iCloud sync enabled, or delete your data from within the app, it is gone permanently. Use the CSV export regularly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Keepr to record data unlawfully, to send unsolicited marketing in breach of applicable law, or to store special-category personal data it was not designed to hold. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to circumvent the licensing in the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Availability and support
Keepr is designed to work offline; no network service is promised or required. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-efforts basis at hello@btngroup.eu. Updates may add, change or remove features.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Keepr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a record-keeping tool, not accounting software, and its figures are not a substitute for your own books.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTN GROUP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers under mandatory law.
7. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Keepr. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty may be directed to Apple for a refund of the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
8. Termination
The licence ends if you stop using the app or breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the app. Sections 3, 6 and 7 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms; the date at the top will change and the revised version will be published here. Material changes affecting an active subscription take effect at the next renewal.
