Privacy Policy

Loraset is made by BTN Group. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the Loraset app for macOS. The short version: we collect nothing, and your images never leave your Mac.

What we collect

Nothing. Loraset has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We never receive your images, your texts or any personal information.

Your images and texts

Images you add are copied into the app's private storage on your Mac. The AI model that describes them runs on your Mac, so images and the texts written about them are never uploaded anywhere. Deleting a project from the sidebar removes those copies. Your original files are never modified, moved or deleted.

Network access

The app connects to the internet for one thing: downloading the vision model files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) the first time you use a model. Like any download, that request reveals your IP address to Hugging Face, which handles it under its own privacy policy. No images, texts or personal information are sent. After the download, Loraset works offline.

Purchases

Loraset is free. If you choose to buy a coffee inside the app, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details or address, and the app stores only a local count of how many coffees you have bought, so it can stop asking.

Diagnostics

Loraset sends no crash reports or usage data to us. If you have enabled sharing analytics with developers in your macOS privacy settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash statistics; that is Apple's system, and you control it in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

Children

Loraset does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. The app has an optional adult-content setting that is off by default and requires confirming you are 18 or older.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. Everything the app stores is on your own Mac and under your control.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
