Loraset is published by BTN Group. By using the app you agree to these terms. Because Loraset is distributed through the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple's agreement wins.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Loraset on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell the app, rent it out, or try to extract its source code, except where the law says you may.

Your content is yours

Your images and the texts Loraset writes about them belong to you. They stay on your Mac, and we claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you import and for how you use the texts the app produces.

What the AI produces

Loraset uses an open-weight AI model running on your Mac. Generated text can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose, and it is not reviewed by us. Check it before you publish it, especially for accessibility text, product claims and anything a customer will read. The app never invents prices, sizes or materials on purpose, but no AI model is reliable enough to be trusted blindly.

Acceptable use

Do not use Loraset to create or process material that is illegal where you are, in particular any sexual material involving minors. The app refuses such requests, and attempting to work around that refusal ends your right to use it. An optional adult-content setting exists for lawful adult material; it is off by default and requires confirming you are 18 or older.

Models from third parties

Loraset can download AI models published by others, including from Hugging Face. Those models come under their own licences and are not made, checked or endorsed by us. Models you add yourself are entirely your responsibility.

Purchases

Loraset is free and every feature is unlocked. Optional in-app purchases exist only so you can support development: a one-off coffee of $5, $10 or $20. They unlock nothing and change no functionality. All purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service, not by us.

No warranty

Loraset is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BTN Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of Loraset. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which BTN Group is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
