SOLE 1.0 for iPhone

Every pair
earns its rotation

SOLE turns Apple Fitness activity into real wear data for your sneakers. Log a wear, see the steps and distance behind it, and know which pair to reach for next.

Available onthe App Store

Why SOLE

Most collections are tracked from memory. SOLE replaces the guesswork with measured wear — steps, distance and workouts pulled from Apple Health for the exact hours you wore a pair.

Compare
your pairs

Each pair carries its own target and its own history, so a running shoe and a lifestyle pair are never judged on the same scale.

Built for
the rotation

Everything SOLE does is aimed at one question: which pair deserves today, and what has each pair actually been through?

01

Wear from activity

Pick a pair and the hours you wore it. SOLE reads the steps, distance and workouts recorded in that window and attributes them to the pair — with a manual adjustment if you want one.

02

Per-pair targets

Defaults of 600 km for running shoes and 800,000 steps for lifestyle pairs, overridable per pair by distance, steps or total wears.

03

Collection with photos

Add each pair with its own photos, stored in SOLE's local app storage rather than on a server.

04

Home Screen widget

The widget surfaces the pair SOLE recommends next, so the rotation decision happens before you open the app.

How it works

to a logged wear

Step 01

Add the pair

Step 02

Step 03

Review and save

Check the activity SOLE found for those hours, adjust if needed, and save it to wear history.

Apple Health

Hours in,
wear out

SOLE requests read access to Steps, Walking + Running Distance and Workouts. Nothing is written back to Health, and you can review or revoke access at any time from the Health app.
